Powerful glow under UV, relatively short afterglow
My intended purpose was to put on horseshoes to make them easier to find when our games go past dusk.
Very easy to use, and a decent amount to work with.
It glows a lovely blue, but does not stay charged as long as the green (but longer than the red). Afterglow is strong for 3-5 minutes then fades. (Red glows for about 2 min). [these are not scientific numbers, just my recollection].
I think this would be a very good choice for applications where UV light will be on full-time. Not as good for charging and then continuing to glow.
I had hoped it would keep charge longer, but I am not angry. I am glad to have experimented with green, red and blue, and I will buy more green for my purpose (horseshoes lose paint constantly as you may already know or imagine)
Glo Effex is definitely the best source of phosphorescent pigments and paints I have found.
Here's a video of the horseshoes with all three colored paints in pitch dark immediately after charging with a UV flashlight.

I expected the glow to last longer than 30 minutes. Very disappointing, even had plenty of sunlight and also tried a strong work light with no better results. It did look beautiful when it was glowing.
I loved that with the lights on I cannot see the paint at all (a grown up room) but when all snuggled up I am safely sleeping under a blanket of bright stars
